Weekend Live-In Nanny | Chelsea, London | £350 per day

Accommodation: Private bedroom within the family home whilst on duty
Start Date: September 2026
Schedule: Friday to Sunday (Live-In)

Burlington Nannies is delighted to represent a wonderful UHNW family based in Chelsea who are seeking an experienced, professional Weekend Live-In Nanny to join their fully staffed household.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a warm, energetic and highly organised nanny to provide exceptional care for the family's two children, a girl aged 8 and a boy aged 9, whilst supporting the smooth running of their busy family life.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a private household, enjoy an active lifestyle and be passionate about creating engaging, educational and nurturing experiences for school-aged children. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative household environment and is looking to become a valued member of the family for years to come.

The Role

Working from Friday through to Sunday, you will oversee every aspect of the children's care throughout the weekend, ensuring they enjoy a structured, engaging and fun environment whilst maintaining consistent routines.

On Fridays, you will begin at 6:15am, supporting the children's morning routine before school. This includes preparing breakfast, organising school uniforms, administering vitamins, packing school bags and ensuring they are ready for school drop-off by 8:15am.

Following school drop-off, you will focus on supporting the children's household needs, including their laundry, wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms and play areas, ensuring everything is beautifully organised and prepared for the weekend ahead.

When the children return from school, you will accompany them to extracurricular activities, supervise homework, prepare healthy meals and snacks, organise exciting weekend activities and oversee bath time, dinner and bedtime routines. Before finishing on Sunday evening, you will ensure school uniforms, bags and everything required for Monday morning have been prepared.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the family's existing household staff, contributing to the smooth running of the home whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Travel

The family enjoys travelling frequently, typically every six weeks, both within the UK and internationally.

They travel with a full team of household staff, therefore the successful candidate will not be required to accompany every trip. However, flexibility to travel when required is essential.

When travel is required, it will never exceed three consecutive weeks, with the longest periods of travel typically taking place during the summer holidays and other school breaks.

The successful candidate will be confident maintaining the children's routines whilst travelling and adapting seamlessly to changing environments and schedules.
