Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client in Milan who is seeking two experienced Italian-speaking Rota Nannies to care for their delightful little boy aged 3.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fully staffed household, caring for a bright, happy and energetic little boy who loves learning, chatting, exploring and making people laugh. The successful candidates will become an important part of his daily life, supporting his development while creating a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment.
The Role
Working on a two-week rotation, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the little boy's daily routine, wellbeing and development.
You'll encourage learning through play, organise engaging outings and activities, and work collaboratively with the wider household team to provide consistency and exceptional care.
The little boy attends nursery each morning, allowing time to prepare activities, organise his schedule and support the smooth running of his routine.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional day-to-day care and developmental support.
Encouraging age-appropriate learning through play.
Planning imaginative, educational and engaging activities.
Organising outings, playdates and enriching experiences.
Supporting nursery routines and daily organisation.
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household.
Travelling internationally with the family during school holidays.
Maintaining excellent communication with parents and household staff.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced career nanny who is warm, creative, organised and full of energy.
You'll enjoy planning engaging activities, encouraging confidence and independence, and supporting a young child's development through fun, imaginative learning.
Experience within fully staffed households and the ability to work as part of a professional team are essential.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in both Italian and English.
Previous professional experience caring for children of a similar age.
Experience within fully staffed or UHNW households.
Warm, engaging and creative personality.
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable travelling internationally.
Outstanding professional references.
