Meet Natasha Earl
Born and raised in London, Natasha Earl originally studied Theatre and Performing Arts with dreams of a career on stage. While working in hospitality and retail during her studies, she discovered a natural talent for connecting with people - which led her into recruitment.
Natasha began her career in High Street recruitment before moving briefly into headhunting. However, finding the bullish style of the industry at odds with her own values, she chose a more personal and empathetic path.
In 2004, she founded Burlington Nannies, where her focus on honesty, care, and building genuine relationships quickly set the agency apart.
Under her leadership, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Natasha remains at the forefront of Burlington Nannies, personally involved with both clients and candidates. Known for her approachable, non-judgmental, and personable manner, she takes pride in the trust she has built and the role she plays in shaping the agency’s continued success.
