Burlington Nannies is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Spanish-Speaking Rota Live-In Nanny to join a warm, grounded and welcoming family based in Kensington.
This is a fantastic long-term position caring for three of the family's five children within a supportive, fully staffed household. The parents are loving, hands-on and actively involved in their children's lives, creating a collaborative environment where a professional nanny will be truly valued.
The successful candidate will provide outstanding childcare while becoming an integral part of a happy family home.
The Role
Working on a two-week rota, you will live in while on duty, with your own private bedroom and bathroom provided.
You will take sole responsibility for the children's daily routines during your working weeks while working closely with the parents, Governess and household team to ensure consistency and exceptional standards of care.
International travel with the family will occasionally form part of the role.
The Children
You will be responsible for caring for:
An 11-month-old baby
A 5-year-old
A 7-year-old
The two older children attend full-time school, while the youngest requires attentive, hands-on care throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional care for all three children
Supporting routines, learning and age-appropriate development
School drop-offs, pick-ups and after-school care
Planning creative, engaging and educational activities
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children
Batch cooking and menu planning where appropriate
Maintaining excellent organisation and communication with the parents and household staff
Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
Travelling with the family when required
Household Team
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced household team, including:
A Governess providing support Monday to Thursday
A Housekeeper assisting on Fridays
Warm, involved parents who enjoy spending quality time with the children at weekends
This collaborative environment allows the nanny to focus on delivering exceptional childcare while feeling fully supported.
The Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking an experienced childcare professional who is warm, organised and genuinely passionate about supporting children's development.
You will have:
Native or fluent Spanish (essential)
Extensive professional nanny experience with excellent references
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
Confidence working both independently and alongside parents and household staff
A creative, engaging and educational approach to childcare
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of children's nutrition
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
A calm, grounded and positive personality that complements the family's values
