Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming family seeking two experienced, highly organised and proactive Rota Nanny/PAs to join their household. Based between London and Sussex, this long-term position combines hands-on childcare with child-related personal assistant responsibilities, supporting three children aged 9, 10 and 12.
The children attend boarding school in Berkshire during the week and return home at weekends, making this an ideal role for candidates who enjoy balancing exceptional childcare with organisation and administrative support.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will ensure the children's routines, school commitments, activities and schedules run smoothly. During weekends, you will provide nurturing, attentive care while supporting homework, activities and family life. During the week, your focus will shift to child-related PA duties, ensuring every aspect of the children's lives is well organised.
When on duty, you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom within the family home.

Responsibilities
Collecting the children from boarding school on Friday afternoons and returning them on Monday mornings.
Supporting homework, school preparation and educational development.
Transporting the children to activities, including horse riding, football, dance and other commitments.
Preparing healthy, balanced meals.
Managing wardrobes and ensuring the children's belongings are organised.
Liaising with schools and communicating with teachers where required.
Managing diaries, appointments and child-related correspondence.
Organising parties, gifts and travel arrangements.
Researching activities and itineraries for family travel.
Running errands and shopping for child-related items.
Providing a calm, organised and nurturing environment while working closely with the parents and household team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced career Nanny/PA who is polished, discreet and exceptionally organised. You will be proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and approachable manner.
You will enjoy working within a team and be passionate about providing outstanding childcare alongside excellent administrative support.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a similar Nanny/PA role is essential.
Degree educated (preferred).
Full, clean driving licence.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
Warm, professional and approachable.
Comfortable working in a household with cats and dogs.
Flexible and willing to travel with the family and work longer shifts when required.
