Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
Schedule: 2-week rotation (UK), moving to a 3-week rotation upon relocation

Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a long-standing UHNW client seeking two exceptional, experienced rota nannies to join their fully staffed household. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity caring for one child aged 18 months, with frequent international travel and the exciting prospect of relocating with the family to Abu Dhabi.
This position is ideally suited to a career nanny with extensive experience in formal private households who is passionate about early childhood development and thrives within a collaborative team environment.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day care and development of an 18-month-old child during your rotation, ensuring a nurturing, stimulating and structured environment. Working alongside the child's mother and an experienced household team, you will provide the highest standard of professional childcare while supporting routines, developmental milestones and educational play.
Accommodation is provided within the family home whilst on duty, and all flights home are covered by the family.

Children: One child aged 18 months (an older sibling is cared for by separate nannies)
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional daily care for an 18-month-old child.
Supporting all developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Planning educational play that encourages learning and confidence.
Supporting sleep training and maintaining consistent daily routines.
Working closely with the child's mother and the wider household team.
Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and childcare at all times.
Travelling internationally with the family when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced career nanny with a proven background working within UHNW or fully staffed private households. You will have a genuine passion for early years development and be confident working collaboratively within a professional household environment.
You will be warm, nurturing and empathetic whilst maintaining excellent organisation, flexibility and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' professional nanny experience.
Recognised childcare qualification.
Previous experience working within formal UHNW households.
Excellent knowledge of early childhood development.
Proven experience caring for toddlers of a similar age.
Comfortable travelling internationally.
Comfortable around animals.
