Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a professional UHNW family who divide their time between London and Milan. They are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly capable Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care for their delightful little boy, aged 2½ years.
This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a career nanny with previous experience working within fully staffed private households and travelling extensively with UHNW families.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day care, wellbeing and development of a bright, sociable and affectionate little boy who loves engaging with people and thrives in a nurturing, stimulating environment.
Working on a two-week rota alongside another nanny, you will create enriching educational experiences, encourage independence and support every aspect of his early years development while maintaining a structured and happy routine.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional day-to-day care for one child aged 2½ years.
Planning educational, engaging and age-appropriate activities and outings.
Supporting routines, wellbeing, social development and positive behaviour.
Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks.
Working confidently in a sole-charge capacity.
Undertaking proxy parenting when required.
Travelling internationally with the family, alternating travel duties with the other rota nanny.
Working collaboratively with household staff within a fully staffed private home.
Household & Accommodation
The family employs a full household team, including housekeepers who are responsible for laundry, allowing the nanny to focus entirely on childcare and development.
Initially, accommodation will involve sharing a bedroom with the child. The family plans to move home in the future, at which point the nanny will have a private bedroom.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced career rota nanny with a genuine passion for early childhood development. You will be warm, positive, creative and highly organised, with the confidence to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a professional household team.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a rota nanny within a UHNW or fully staffed household.
Extensive international travel experience with private families.
Confident working sole charge and undertaking proxy parenting.
Warm, engaging and nurturing personality.
Creative, proactive and resourceful.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional, discreet and flexible.
Comfortable working as part of a fully staffed household.
Must hold a valid EU passport.
