Spanish-Speaking Daily Nanny – Pimlico
Full-time, Monday to Friday | £50,000–£60,000 gross per year | End of September 2026 start
Burlington Nannies is delighted to be working with a particularly warm and welcoming family based in Pimlico, London, who have recently welcomed their first baby. They are seeking an experienced, professional bilingual nanny who is fluent in both English and Spanish to become a valued and trusted part of their household.
The Role
The nanny will care for one baby, who will be approximately three months old when the position begins. This is a long-term opportunity to support the child from infancy, through important developmental milestones and into the early school years.
The position is Monday to Friday, working from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Occasional babysitting will be required with advance notice.
The mother may occasionally work from home, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working alongside a parent while confidently managing the baby’s daily routine.
Responsibilities
The nanny will be responsible for:
Providing attentive, nurturing day-to-day care for the baby
Supporting all aspects of the child’s development and age-appropriate milestones
Establishing and maintaining a calm, consistent and well-structured routine
Planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities as the child grows
Completing all nursery duties, including the baby’s laundry and keeping the child’s areas organised
Supporting the introduction of solids and the weaning process
Assisting with potty training when developmentally appropriate
Maintaining open and excellent communication with both parents

An experienced, professional nanny with proven experience caring for young babies
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Confident supporting a child’s development from infancy through to school age
Warm, organised, proactive and dependable
Genuinely passionate about working with children
Kind and open-hearted, with a natural ability to become part of a close and welcoming family
