This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for experienced housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional standards of service within a luxury household environment. The successful candidates will be discreet, proactive, highly organised and committed to maintaining the highest levels of presentation and care.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced household team, you will provide comprehensive housekeeping and laundry services to impeccable five-star standards.
This is a varied role that combines meticulous housekeeping, specialist garment care, wardrobe management and general household support, ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest possible standard at all times.

Team: Join an established housekeeping team of three
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional daily housekeeping throughout the residence.
Specialist laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming and pressing.
Caring for luxury garments and delicate fabrics including silk, cashmere and fine linens.
Wardrobe organisation and management.
Packing and unpacking for the principals.
Daily bed making, linen changes and bathroom presentation.
Evening turndown service.
Managing household supplies and stock levels.
Caring for flowers, plants and maintaining immaculate living spaces.
Assisting with light pet care, including feeding and walking the family dog.
Working Pattern
This position operates on a rotating five-day rota with two days off each week, including two weekends off per month.
Rotating shifts include:
Early: 6:00am–3:00pm
Middle: 8:00am–5:00pm
Late: 12:00pm–9:00pm
Rota schedules are provided well in advance, although flexibility is appreciated during periods of entertaining.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a luxury private household, five-star hotel or superyacht environment.
You will possess exceptional housekeeping and laundry skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused approach. Above all, you'll take genuine pride in maintaining the highest standards while working with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within a five-star hotel, superyacht or UHNW private residence.
Outstanding laundry and fine garment care skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven longevity in previous roles.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Positive, flexible and professional attitude.
Strong team player.
Right to work in the UK.
