Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a lovely family in Pimlico who are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Live-in Nanny to care for their twin daughters, aged 7.
This is a busy, sole-charge role suited to a confident and energetic nanny who enjoys supporting school-aged children through every aspect of their daily lives. From school routines and homework to activities, travel and social engagements, you'll become a valued and trusted part of the family.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day care and organisation of the twins, ensuring their routines run smoothly while encouraging their educational, emotional and social development.
The girls lead active, busy lives, so the successful candidate will be naturally organised, positive and always one step ahead.

Location: Pimlico, London
Children: Twin girls aged 7
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 gross per annum, plus annual bonus
Accommodation: Separate flat provided
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 12-hour days
Babysitting: Two evenings per week
Proxy Parenting: Occasionally required (paid in addition to salary)
Driver: Essential (car provided during working hours)
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional sole-charge care for the twins.
Managing school routines, timetables and after-school activities.
Supporting homework and educational development.
Planning and preparing healthy meals.
Completing all nursery duties, including children's laundry.
Organising playdates and supporting the children's social lives.
Encouraging participation in sport, music, dance, cooking, arts and crafts.
Working independently while maintaining excellent communication with the parents.
Travel
The successful nanny will accompany the family on a number of trips throughout the year, including:
Winter ski holiday.
Easter in Italy.
Summer travel.
About You
The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, organised and highly proactive, with previous experience caring for school-aged children.
You'll enjoy supporting learning, encouraging independence and managing busy family schedules while creating a fun and nurturing environment where the girls can thrive.
Candidate Requirements
Previous professional experience caring for school-aged children.
Confident supporting homework and educational development.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Proactive and able to anticipate the family's needs.
Warm, approachable and positive personality.
Comfortable working independently.
Full, clean driving licence (essential).
