Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful family living on a beautiful private estate near Henley-on-Thames. We are seeking an educated, experienced and flexible Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care and educational support for three school-aged children.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day care, routines and educational support of three children aged 5, 7 and 8. Working closely with the parents, teachers and household staff, you will ensure the children's busy schedules run smoothly while creating a nurturing, structured and engaging environment.
The role combines hands-on childcare with educational guidance, organisation and travel during school holidays.

Driver: Full, clean driving licence essential
Travel: Required during school holidays (alternating with the other rota nanny)
Languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish would be advantageous

Responsibilities
Managing the children's daily routines and school runs.
Supporting homework, learning and educational development.
Liaising with teachers and maintaining excellent communication with the school.
Planning engaging educational, social and recreational activities.
Organising outings and play opportunities.
Managing the children's wardrobes and stripping beds as required.
Preparing healthy meals for the children.
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household.
Travelling with the family during school holidays on a rota basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced career nanny with a strong educational background who is confident supporting school-aged children academically and emotionally.
You will be warm, energetic, organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. A degree or educational background is highly desirable, and an additional European language would be a wonderful bonus.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a similar rota nanny position.
Degree educated or with a strong educational background.
Confident supporting children's education and homework.
Full, clean driving licence.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Warm, positive and energetic personality.
Comfortable working within a fully staffed household.
Flexible to travel with the family during school holidays.
Additional language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) advantageous.
