This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for warm, professional career nannies to provide attentive, nurturing and development-focused care for a four-month-old baby within a fully staffed private household.

Hours: 12 hours per day, with flexibility required
Accommodation: Live-out for local candidates, or a private bedroom and bathroom while on duty

The Role
The successful nannies will take sole charge of the baby during their respective rotations, providing calm, loving and attentive care while supporting the child's wellbeing and development.
Responsibilities will include establishing healthy sleep routines, supporting weaning when developmentally appropriate, planning engaging age-appropriate activities and encouraging the baby's progress through each stage of early childhood.
This is a fully staffed household, allowing the nannies to focus entirely on the child's care and development. Housekeepers will manage the baby's laundry and nursery-related household duties, while a private chef will prepare meals, including food for the nanny while on duty.
The family also has three older school-aged children.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking two accomplished, Russian-speaking career nannies with extensive experience caring for babies and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
The ideal candidates will be warm, calm, relaxed and quietly confident, with a naturally nurturing approach. They should be adaptable, discreet and comfortable working collaboratively within a fully staffed, ultra-high-net-worth household.
A professional yet approachable manner, excellent communication skills and an understanding of appropriate household boundaries are essential.
Key Requirements
Fluent Russian and English
Substantial, recent experience caring for babies
Strong knowledge of infant sleep, weaning and early-years development
Previous experience working in ultra-high-net-worth private households
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed household
A calm, nurturing and development-focused approach
Willingness to undertake occasional travel and proxy parenting
Flexibility to accommodate the family's requirements
Eligibility to work in the UK
A clean, up-to-date DBS check
Excellent, verifiable professional references
