Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a warm, grounded and welcoming family in Kensington who are seeking two experienced Rota Nannies to join their household on a long-term, two weeks on / two weeks off basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for engaging, creative and nurturing childcare professionals who genuinely enjoy spending quality time with children while working within a supportive family environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the care of three of the family's five children: an 11-month-old baby and two school-aged children, aged 5 and 7.
The parents are actively involved in family life, particularly at weekends, and the household is supported by a Governess (Monday to Thursday) and a Housekeeper (Fridays). Depending on the family's schedule, you will sometimes work independently in a sole-charge capacity and at other times alongside the parents and wider household team.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional day-to-day care for the baby and school-aged children.
Supporting routines, development and emotional wellbeing.
Assisting with school runs and homework.
Planning creative, educational and engaging activities.
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children.
Maintaining excellent organisation and communication with parents and household staff.
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household.
Travelling with the family when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced career nanny who is warm, energetic, organised and genuinely passionate about children's development.
You will be confident caring for both babies and school-aged children, able to work independently when required, while also enjoying being part of a collaborative household team.
A love of cooking and a strong understanding of child nutrition are important, along with a proactive and positive approach to family life.
Candidate Requirements
Significant professional nanny experience with babies and school-aged children.
Confident working in both sole-charge and shared-care environments.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of child nutrition.
Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
Warm, engaging and creative personality.
Additional language (French, Spanish or Russian) advantageous.
Right to work in the UK.
Excellent references.
