Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a formal household based in the Cayman Islands for an experienced and qualified British Rota Nanny.
This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious family in a long-term position offering extensive international travel, a professional household environment and the support of an experienced Head Nanny previously placed by Burlington Nannies.
The Role
Initially, you will provide exceptional care for one baby aged 3 months. From November, your responsibilities will expand to include the child's older sibling, who will be 18 months old.
Working on a flexible rota, your schedule will be provided several months in advance, allowing excellent planning and work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with the Head Nanny and wider household team to ensure the highest standards of childcare are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional day-to-day care for a young baby and, from November, an additional toddler.
Supporting routines, developmental milestones and emotional wellbeing.
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Maintaining detailed records of routines, development and health.
Working collaboratively with the Head Nanny and household team.
Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Travelling internationally with the family to ensure continuity of care.
Supporting the family's values and parenting preferences.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced British career nanny with recognised childcare qualifications and a genuine passion for infant and toddler development.
You will be calm, organised, adaptable and highly professional, with previous experience working within formal private households and alongside household staff.
Candidate Requirements
British nationality.
Recognised childcare qualification (Norland, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent).
Extensive experience caring for babies and toddlers.
Previous experience within formal or fully staffed private households.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Professional, discreet and adaptable.
Comfortable working within a collaborative household team.
Willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands and travel internationally.
Accommodation & Benefits
Live-in accommodation provided whilst on duty.
Initially sharing a room with the baby; from November, private bedroom provided with baby monitor.
Separate accommodation provided during off-duty weeks if remaining in the Cayman Islands.
US$100,000–US$150,000 gross annual salary (depending on experience).
