Rota Governor /Governess/Nanny - Hampstead
Location: Hampstead Rota Governor or Governess/Nanny
Children: Caring for and Educating Twins aged 7 years old
Rota: Two Weeks On, Two Weeks Off
Salary: £80,000 to 140,000 gross per year depending on your experience and your education.
Accommodation: Your own studio apartment which is on the lower ground floor of the family home. Very private with a separate entrance. The accommodation is only for when you are on duty.
Licences: Driver essential
Our long standing client is looking for a Rota governor or governess/nanny who will be responsible for the full care and educational development of twins aged 7, following a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off Rota. This specialist role requires a strong focus on academic advancement, social development, and overall wellbeing
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the children’s health, safety, and overall wellbeing always.
Liaise with the parents
Support social development and encourage positive behaviour.
Support homework and exam preparation.
Provide guidance and support in English and math’s
Manage the children’s diaries, appointments and schedules.
Maintain strong, clear communication with Principals and household staff
Encourage a positive attitude towards learning and academic achievement.
Promote good manners, social skills, and independence.
Care for the twins’ daily needs, routines, and wellbeing.
Efficiently manage household schedules, including school runs, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience working within UHNW private households, with evidence of longevity in previous roles.
Highly educated background and teaching qualifications preferred.
Proven nanny experience and confidence in supporting education.
Demonstrated experience working with UHNW families, with excellent, checkable references.
Calm, discreet, and adaptable, able to manage a busy household schedule professionally.
Commitment to a long-term position.
Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
