This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated infant care specialist to focus exclusively on providing outstanding overnight care for a young baby within a warm, professional family environment.
The Role
Working 12-hour night shifts, six nights per week, you will take sole responsibility for the baby's overnight care, ensuring they remain settled, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.
You will work closely with the parents and daytime nanny, providing seamless communication and continuity of care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional overnight care for a young infant.
Managing overnight feeds, settling and sleep support.
Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines.
Monitoring the baby's comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the night.
Delivering thorough morning handovers to the parents and daytime nanny.
Working collaboratively within a professional household team.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Night Maternity Nurse / Nanny with extensive newborn and infant experience, excellent judgement and a calm, reassuring approach.
You will be confident working independently during the night while maintaining excellent communication with the wider household team.
Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience as a Night Maternity Nurse and Nanny.
Proven expertise with newborns and young infants.
Strong knowledge of infant sleep routines, feeding and settling techniques.
Previous experience within high-profile or fully staffed households.
Professional, discreet and highly organised.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding, verifiable references.
