Burlington Nannies is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful family of three based in Notting Hill who are seeking an experienced, professional Live-in Nanny to care for their joyful 16-month-old little boy.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a warm, energetic and engaging career nanny who genuinely enjoys working with babies and toddlers. The successful candidate will become a valued part of the family, providing exceptional care while supporting every stage of the little boy's development.
The Role
This is a sole-charge position, taking responsibility for all aspects of the child's daily care, routines and wellbeing.
You'll create a happy, stimulating environment through play, outings and age-appropriate developmental activities while supporting healthy routines and encouraging confidence, curiosity and independence.

Child: One little boy aged 16 months
Salary: £55,000–£70,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
Accommodation: Separate two-bedroom apartment (bills included), approximately 20 minutes from the family home
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 12-hour days
Babysitting: Occasional evenings with notice
Travel: Regular UK and international travel
Start Date: Early September 2026
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional sole-charge care for a toddler.
Managing daily routines and overall wellbeing.
Planning engaging developmental activities and educational play.
Organising outings, children's groups and enriching experiences.
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals.
Completing all nursery duties, including children's laundry.
Supporting the child's emotional, physical and social development.
Travel
The family enjoys travelling throughout the year, and the successful nanny will accompany them on:
Approximately four weeks each summer at the family's home in Devon (separate accommodation provided).
One week during Easter.
One week leading up to Christmas.
Occasional overseas holidays, including family ski trips.
All travel expenses are covered.

The ideal candidate will be a warm, professional and experienced career nanny who genuinely enjoys working with young children.
You will be proactive, energetic and organised, with a natural ability to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where a toddler can flourish.
The family also has a much-loved dog, so candidates should be comfortable around pets.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers in a sole-charge role.
Excellent references and professional track record.
Full, clean driving licence.
Comfortable around dogs.
Warm, engaging and positive personality.
Genuine passion for early years development.
