Dubai. Separate accommodation
The client is ideally only considering candidates who are based in the UAE due to travel restrictions.
We have a client who is currently looking for a professional and experienced nanny who is also confident to support the development and education. The family have to children. A little boy aged 1 years old and an older sister aged 4 who attends school. Your focus will be on the youngest child. The eldest has her own part time nanny but you will be expected to engage with her and help from time to time.
The family are looking for someone who ideally has an educational background, whether it be in a school or nursery and then became a nanny. You will be focusing on the day to day care and wellbeing, encouraging growth and development through several activities and play and seeing to all his needs. The ideal candidate will hold a childcare or teaching qualification, have experience working with children aged 1 through to school age, have a positive outlook, calm and collected with a happy disposition. You must have an understanding of child development and able to see the little boy through his milestones. It is a preference that you have worked with Middle Eastern families previously, so you understand and respectful of their culture.
This is a staffed household so you will not be required to carry out any nursery duties, but you will need ensure children’s areas and bedrooms are kept tidy and organised.
The working week will be 6 days 12 hours a day with flexibility when travelling. You will be provided with a separate flat. However, the family are happy to consider applicants who already have their own accommodation. Salary £1000 per week. (can be negotiable depending on your educational background and skills).
